Stranding Machine for Conductor:

 (1) Buncher

It is used for stranding copper and aluminum conductor. It also can be used for compacting the aluminum-alloy round single wire into trapezoidal wire, then stranding into aluminum-alloy conductor with double pitch. 

(2)Planetary Type Stranding Machine

It is used for stranding copper and aluminum wires and OPGW conductor.

(3) Frame Type Stranding Machine

It is used for stranding soft aluminum wire, semi-hard aluminum wire, aluminum wire , aluminum-alloy wire and ACSR, as well as S-type, Z-type, T-type expanded diameter conductor or other types of wires.

(4) Rigid Frame Type Stranding Machine

It is used for stranding copper or aluminum wires. It also can be used for making round compacting, or sector compacting conductor, as well as pre-spiraling sector conductor for the Milliken Conductor.

(5) Concentric Type Stranding Machine

It is used for compacting round or sector copper or aluminum conductors; making overhead conductors;stranding copper flexible conductors;cable screening;cable armoring.

(6) Tubular Type Stranding Machine

It is used for stranding copper, aluminum and steel wires, as well as control cable and OPGW.
